Park Benches

These are objects, which on their own are heavy with imbued emotion; the legacy of laughter, pained conversations, wistful ponder.  Here they are combined with the oft gazed view; the backdrop to the laughter & conversations, the visual focus of the wistful ponder.

In showing us the these two halves of the one coin together, the artist is prompting the onlooker to imagine these experiences and to build their own narratives.  Allowing their sense of the bench and it's view to mingle with their own memories.
