Jon Spencer is a photographer and graphic designer. The emphasis of his work, both commercial and personal, is on architecture and the urban landscape. He works with a variety of practices, policy makers and third sector organisations to help develop, communicate, record and celebrate their work and ideas.

His personal work is centred around the idea of uncovering, unravelling and retelling the physically evident and emotionally imbued histories that lie hidden beneath the patina of the city.

These two sides to his work continuously inform each other, often prompting new directions and solutions. They are further informed by a broader range of photography and design commissions that Jon undertakes for clients outside the architecture & construction industry.
